Launch of Warby Parkers Beacon Collection

This set of lyrics from Lana del Reys Young and Beautiful track might be the perfect description to get a sense of feel for Warby Parkers new Beacon Collection out today (July 24th).

As an avid enthusiast of both discovering new brands and adventurous summer outings I was pleased when I had the opportunity to learn about Warby Parkers new collection of eyewear. Although I'm sure almost none of you know this, I used to wear glasses and am still a big fan of creative frames and sunglasses. Eyewear is actually a great way to accessory your outfit that is often underlooked by a lot of people.

But not only is Warby Parkers line a great compilation of frames in general, I love what it stands for. Talking to Warby Parkers team I learned the inspiration for the collection, "is inspired by impromptu, can’t-duplicate-them all-nighters, when having no plans brings endless possibilities". And adding a bonus to this was that the editorial images for the products were shot by the amazing Petra Collins, who I've been a fan of for years and who you may know from her work at Rookie Mag. 

With a variety of styles, including my favorite Ingram pair (seen below) available at a price range of 95 (without prescription) to 150 dollars (with prescription) this is definitely a launch to check out. Not to mention,  if you purchase a pair from Warby Parker you will also be happy to find out that the company gives a pair of glasses to someone in need upon your purchase! Stylish and cute is always a good look.
